At RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to you making a purchase from RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from us in person, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

This is the Refund, Repair and Return Policy of RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD and associated websites and entities it applies where you make a purchase online from www.rjrsports.com.au or in person from an authorised RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS representative.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible. Our team will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Refunds will be processed by our team and will normally be processed within 7-10 working days.
Where RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD will be at RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD cost paid at standard delivery rates.
Returns and Repairs
You may return goods we have delivered to you by return mail or by contacting our team on email@example.com
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time and no longer than 30 days from purchase date. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description. Please note that some repairers are international due to the origination of product.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
All goods supplied by RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Exceptions can be arranged for Christmas and gift presents. Contact our Customer Service team for details.
Unfortunately we cannot accept a returned item that has been personalised unless it is a fault of the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return appropriately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
For items returned as unsuitable, too big or too small if goods show signs of wear or are not in resalable condition they will not be accepted for return.
If after items are inspected they are deemed faulty or if RJR SPORTING PRODUCTS PTY LTD has sent items incorrectly both original shipping costs and returns shipping costs will be refunded to you. If the original shipping cost was for multiple items only a proportion of the cost relating to the faulty item/s will be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with and not in accordance with normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
